I manage three luxury hair salons and help run Sax & Ro, an ecommerce hair-extension company. After eight years in salon operations, I'm now exploring how AI can reduce workloads and help both businesses run better.
Real businesses, real responsibilities, and a lot left to learn.
Most of it happens behind the scenes: keeping people aligned, making decisions, solving problems quickly, and making sure the business keeps moving.
For eight years, I've helped run day-to-day operations across three luxury salons, with direct oversight of Kirby Grove and Memorial Green. The work covers people, logistics, maintenance, vendors, and client relationships.
I help run the whole ecommerce business—from the website and inventory to fulfillment, customer service, and analytics. We've learned how to make it work by solving the next problem ourselves.
I'm using AI to build dashboards, work through management decisions, improve customer service, redesign salon experiences, debug WordPress, and solve Shopify problems.
“He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.”
Not theories or predictions. These are the problems I'm actively exploring.
I’ve spent the last eight years learning how to run complicated businesses by being responsible for the outcome. Now I’m learning where AI can genuinely help.
At Ceron, that means managing day-to-day operations, HR, logistics, maintenance, vendor relationships, client relationships, and the space between owners and employees. The work changes constantly, which is part of what I like about it.
At Sax & Ro, I’m a part-owner and operator working across nearly every part of the ecommerce business. I don’t pretend to know everything. I learn fast, make a decision, and keep moving.
